About the role:

Sitting within the Trading & Sales Operations function at JCDecaux and reporting to the Group Manager this role will support optimisation of national sales revenue through pricing strategy, inventory utilization, sales enablement and provision of meaningful, actionable sales analytics.

The role is suited to a candidate looking to work in a fast-paced sales environment, who is passionate about undertaking analysis that will help in decision making, enabling sales revenue optimisation.


A Day in the life:

  • Take ownership of the target process, from engaging all stakeholders, maintaining models, preparing target packs for Sales Team and loading targets into systems, as well as tracking and reporting on revenue performance against targets.
  • Assist in the creation of annual budgets and long-range financial plans.
  • Evaluate and take ownership of the revenue reallocation process to ensure correct allocation.
  • Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models based on historical data, market trends, and business drivers.
  • Assist the Group Manager to review and communicate better pipeline management practices.
  • Support the negotiations and renewals of Partnership Agreements with data-driven analysis.
  • Monitor partner performance to ensure alignment with revenue and profitability goals.
  • Provide support to the wider Trading team, as well as financial insights to other departments such as Sales, Finance, Commercial and Product teams.


About You:

You’ll have 3 + years’ experience, gained within a traditional finance or accounting role, and hold a tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Marketing or another related field. You’ll be someone who has a collaborate style that can build strong relations across functions as well as:


  • Outstanding analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to work with and interpret large amounts of data that drive insights-led decision making for key stakeholders
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
  • Advance level Excel, PowerPoint and BI tool capabilities
  • Flexible and adaptable in supporting multiple stakeholders
  • A positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and self-motivation
  • Proven experience partnering with Sales functions will be highly regarded
