What will you be doing?
As our Project Manager / Technical Director, you will be the driving force behind our event projects, overseeing all technical and logistical aspects. This includes:
- Leading and managing a growing team of AV professionals.
- Managing client expectations, particularly guiding new clients through the event delivery process.
- Overseeing the technical design, planning, and execution of various events.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving technical challenges on-site and pre-event.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Supervising and managing delegated staff, providing guidance and motivation.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices.
What do you need?
- Driver’s License
- Be able to work and manage effectively as part of a team
- Ability to motivate and excite staff
- Self-Motivated with a strong work ethic
- Exceptional ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently
- Ability to work unsupervised and proactively identify what needs to be done
