Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who has a deep understanding of the Asset & Project industries. in this role you will work closely with our key customers & be responsible for the growth and retention of these customers. This role is based in Melbourne.

You will have experience selling ERP Software and enjoy both business development and nurturing existing accounts

What you’ll be doing…

• Maintain and continuously enhance a portfolio of existing customers accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention & growth
• Partner and collaborate with the TechOne Direct & sales leadership team to identify new business opportunities
• Develop and execute against sales plans to achieve sales targets from new & existing clients
• Identify and analyze market potential for TechOne solutions within existing customer base, leveraging customer relationships to upsell & cross sell
• Work closely with the presales team, the bid management team and other key stakeholders
• Negotiating price and volume discounts in accordance with the organisations policies and liaising with the sales leadership team, presales, and operations to ensure client retention and continued business

Your Talents…

• Experience in an account management role with an understanding of the Asset & Project intensive industries
• Proven B2B sales experience preferably ERP sales experience activities, including lead generation management
• A successful track record across all sales activities, including lead generation, management of opportunities and bids, deal crating deal closing and client relationship management
• Proven success in exceeding sales targets
• Highly developed communication skills, and strong business acumen with the ability to work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
