Senior Project Manager

Role Description
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple Industrial and Commercial projects.
These will be complex projects, involving challenging contract management processes. As such, your experience managing construction and development contracts, coupled with your excellent stakeholder skills, will be the key to success in this role.
Located in our Melbourne CBD office, you’ll be responsible for:
- Scoping of works and project initiation with clients.
- Overseeing design and tender phases.
- Engaging with contractors and consultants, overseeing the delivery of the works.
- Contract management, variations, claims and site superintendency.
- Fostering relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports as required.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you’ll need demonstrated experience delivering complex building projects.
You’ll also need:
- The ability to understand ‘the big picture’ of what our clients are trying to achieve with their projects, and the priorities of each of our key stakeholders (developers, builders, tenants, clients etc).
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience with design and construction phases of projects, ideally within the Industrial, Commercial, Health or other related sectors.
- A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
- Qualifications in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
