About the Opportunity
As Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions and supporting the Finance team with day-to-day operations
This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of exceptional client outcomes and the provision of quality advice in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring all invoices and payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner, including FX payments
- Correct allocation of expenses into divisions and projects
- Management of bank balances and internal transfers, ensuring sufficient funds are available before payment runs
- Regular review of Aged Creditors listing
- Managing Accounts Payable inbox, including sending emails for approval
- Employee Expense Claim processing using SAP Concur
- Corporate Credit Card Claim processing using SAP Concur
- General Ledger processing and reconciliations supporting Financial Accountants
- Processing monthly Intercompany transactions
- Providing information to external auditors
- Completion of Month-end and Year-end timetable deliverables
- System maintenance including supplier onboarding and user access setup
- Being the first point of contact for internal and external accounts payable queries
- Assist with process improvement and automation projects to enhance the Accounts Payable function
- Other adhoc tasks to help the Finance team
About You
- Degree qualified in Finance or related disciplines
- 5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Previous experience in financial services is not essential but will be highly regarded.
- Experience with SAP Concur and Microsoft Dynamics GP is desirable
