About the Role

We have a pivotal position available as the State Account Manager MSO’s – Independent Retail, based in Wacol, Brisbane. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of some of our key QLD Independent Retail Multi Site Operators.

About You:

With previous experience in a similar role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day management of sales within designated accounts while maintaining solid relationships with our Independent Retail Multi Site Operators. With your strategic thinking ability, you’ll implement action plans to optimise pricing and trading terms as well as implementing relevant marketing & promotional programs working closely with the national account teams.

You’ll Bring:

• A minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role with an understanding of the independent market
• The ability to deliver high quality customer and client service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• An approachable, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
• Excellent networking skills and relationship management skills
• Outstanding commercial acumen
