Your New Role
Join Aware Super as a Senior Analyst, Investment Compliance, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our investment mandates are compliant, our processes are robust, and our service delivery is exceptional.
You'll be part of the Investment Services team, supporting the Fund's growth, international expansion, and increasingly complex investment strategies.
** Please note that this role is offered as a 12 month contract.**
The key accountabilities of this role include:
- Executing daily investment mandate compliance activities and monitoring rules across platforms
- Codifying complex regulatory and mandate requirements into actionable compliance rules
- Investigating and reporting compliance breaches, implementing remediation actions, and managing platform changes
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure SLA adherence
- Supporting Change Management initiatives and contributing to strategic investment projects
- Championing risk and compliance culture through the 3 Lines of Accountability model

You'd bring:
- 3+ years' experience in investment mandate compliance or a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of financial instruments and investment structures
- Experience in investment compliance change control
- Experience with Aladdin and Efront platforms
- Experience with Bloomberg AIM platforms (desirable)
- SQL proficiency for data analysis and compliance monitoring
- A strong understanding of superannuation and investment markets
