Are you a hands-on Systems Administrator with strong experience in ConfigManager (SCCM) and Server SOE environments? We’re seeking a capable and proactive professional ready to contribute to the planning, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise-level IT infrastructure.

In this dynamic role, you'll manage critical IT systems through their full lifecycle—from configuration and maintenance to optimisation and support. You'll collaborate with analysts and developers to ensure robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure is in place across a diverse technology stack.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and maintain SOE builds using ConfigManager (SCCM)
  • Conduct installations, upgrades, and decommissions of hardware/software
  • Perform system backups and restorations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in line with ITIL best practices
  • Assist in change management and release deployment processes
  • Provide specialist advice and documentation to support team knowledge growth



Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Demonstrated experience in SCCM/ConfigManager and server SOE deployment
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure monitoring tools and automation scripts
  • Ability to manage incidents and contribute to continuous service improvement
  • Familiarity with Queensland Government ICT Skills Framework desirable
  • Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
