About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and analytically minded Financial Analyst (12-month FTC) to support a broad spectrum of deliverables including management reporting, planning, regulatory submissions, and group reporting updates. You will work closely with senior leaders, navigate complex data, and contribute to real-time business decisions.

There is strong potential for the role to extend or go permanent, and for the right person — this is a launchpad role into commercial finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to group-level and business unit management reporting and insights
• Support variance analysis and commentary for executive consumption
• Support enterprise planning cycles and ad-hoc forecasting
• Contribute to regulatory submissions and board/investor reporting
• Assist in the ongoing implementation of automation tools
• Help build scalable, insightful reporting processes as the function modernises

About You

• CA/CPA qualified
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge of SAP
• Commercial acumen and the confidence to challenge and engage with the business
• Prior experience in management reporting or FP&A within complex environments is essential
• Power BI and/or automation exposure highly desirable but not essential
• Backgrounds suited to this role may include large corporate management accountants or Big 4 / mid-tier first or second movers with exposure to management reporting and analysis
