Responsibilities

Be the Voice of the Station Make engaging public announcements, keeping travellers informed with clear, up-to-date information.

Be the Friendly Face Commuters Rely On Guide customers with timetable details, assist at ticket barriers, and offer expert advice on transport options, including bus, tram, and train services.

Make a Difference Provide support to customers with special needs, ensuring a safe, accessible, and comfortable journey for everyone.

Empower Passengers Assist with myki sales, top-ups, and expert ticketing advice to keep travel smooth and hassle-free.

Keep the Station Safe & Welcoming Maintain a visible presence, enhance security, and help create a supportive environment for all.

Be Proactive & Problem-Solve Spot station faults, report them, and follow up to keep things running efficiently.
