Join our SCA Perth Sales team, where your success is at the heart of everything we do.
What does your day to day look like?
- Manage & assume responsibility for all revenue performance, accurate forecasting, sales reporting, and day-to-day operational management of the Perth Direct Sales team.
- Lead and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Direct Sales Team, ensuring excellent team and individual performance through recruitment, communication, performance management, training and development.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans focused on new business development, client retention, market responsiveness, and maximising revenue share.
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders including the Head of Commercial WA, National Head of Audio Sales, and other sales teams to align local and national objectives.
- Ensure exceptional customer service through performance tracking systems, support commercial opportunities, execute sales projects, and uphold occupational health and safety standards.
- 5 + years’ experience in a direct sales leadership role servicing direct clients in Perth.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining a high performing media sales team.
- High levels of professionalism and charisma, with the ability to influence, engage and persuade senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional track record achieving and exceeding challenging budgets and targets.
