About The Role
This role entails document processing in Word, generating and sending employment contracts, managing a service desk environment, and database administration.
Reporting to the HR Manager – Engagement, the HR Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of a range of HR services, administration, compliance, procedural and operational tasks in order to support the achievement of business unit and program objectives across the organisation.
The position requires a proactive, professional, and responsible individual who demonstrates attention to detail and is able to manage competing priorities.
The HR Coordinator is also responsible for overseeing employee compliance to ensure our obligations of being a child safe organisation are met in order protect the best interests of the vulnerable children, young people and families with which we work.
