The Role

Here at EBOS Group, we have a great opportunity for an energetic, positive, flexible Communications Specialist with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail to join our Corporate Affairs team on a 12-month contract basis.


Supporting the Corporate Communications Department, Head of Communications and Corporate Affairs and the Executive Leadership team, your core role will be the management of all EBOS Group’s internal and external communications activity. This includes consistency of message and voice across all Group activities, taking primary responsibility for marketing and business projects as well as being involved in various communications and project initiatives.


A role with lots of moving parts and no two days being the same, your ability to multitask and work to deadlines coupled with your meticulous time management and organisational skills will be critical to your success.

Handover provided but must be able to hit the ground running, hence high levels of initiative and confidence dealing with a variety of situations and issues in this space is essential.


What you will do:

  • Ensure company initiatives are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders in a timely, relevant and consistent manner;
  • Manage ad hoc marketing and business projects;
  • Manage calendar of activity;
  • Support CEO, Investor Relations, HR, Legal, IT and Animal Cares communication schedules;
  • Manage company Intranet and events;
  • Create short videos;
  • Adhoc marketing an admin tasks.


What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in Communications, PR and Marketing;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong copywriting skills;
  • Experience building relationships with and advising key stakeholders, including executive team/C-Suite;
  • Experience monitoring and managing media relations and partnering with external agencies;
  • Expertise in briefing and managing design agency input, as well as managing all of the production from concept to delivery;
  • Ability to build relationships and deal with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
