Position Overview

As a Lilly Oncology Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our oncology portfolio to healthcare professionals, including oncologists, nurses, pharmacists and other key stakeholders. You will work closely with your team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, ensuring that our therapies reach those who need them most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders
  • Promote Lilly's oncology products through in-depth knowledge and understanding of the science behind our therapies
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and marketing initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare providers
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and relevant clinical data

Prior knowledge or experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in oncology
  • Proven track record of sales success and achievement of targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Experience of work with and developing local and national thought leaders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field
  • Medicines Australia Certificate
