Office Manager

The Opportunity:
In this role you will:
- Oversee the office amenities and functions, ensuring they are operating efficiently and fit for purpose
- Assist the HR team with on-boarding new employees and other duties as required
- Coordinate training for office staff
- Work with bidding manager to assist with preparation of bids and formatting documents
- Manage the purchasing of office supplies, equipment, and furniture
- Coordinate the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment
- Manage office finances including budgeting, payment of expenses, invoicing and reimbursements
- Manage databases and other various systems
- Ensure office facilities comply with WH&S regulations
- Manage diaries and arrange meetings
- Book transport and accommodation

- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- Have experience using data to give compelling and actionable business updates
- Are organised and methodical with excellent time management skills
- Have experience handling confidential material
- Enjoy partnering with teams to understand business needs, manage multiple stakeholder requirements, and set expectations.
