Your new role

You'll be a Senior team member and leading expert, and you'll play a pivotal role in guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders through the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of business analysis from ideation to implementation using Waterfall, Agile, and BPM methodologies.
  • Define and manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle to meet evolving business needs.
  • Provide expert leadership to project managers and stakeholders in crafting strong business cases and supporting documentation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into effective technical and process solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business analysis practices and project delivery.


What you'll need to succeed

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • OR Certification with the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent


Experience & Expertise:

  • Extensive experience applying IIBA BABOK and Agile Extension
  • Proven track record as a Business Analyst in large, multidisciplinary organisations undergoing transformation
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban)
  • Skilled in managing and reporting functional activities to achieve strategic outcomes
  • Proficient in systems and data modelling, UI design, prototyping, decision tables/trees, and data flows
  • Familiarity with modelling notations (UML, Structured, BPMN)
  • Ability to write clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements
  • Understanding of SDLC and technology system interfaces, data integration, networks, and operating systems
  • Experience in planning, designing, and delivering investment programs.
