The Opportunity

As a Service Logistician, you will play a key role in ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time to support our technicians in the field. You will be responsible for ordering, tracking, and coordinating the delivery and return of spare parts, working closely with Service Coordinators and Warehouse Team. This role is essential to ensuring timely service delivery and seamless customer experiences.

Please note this is not a warehouse / transport position.

Service Logistician

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and order required spare parts for service callouts

  • Confirm machine details and usage with customers

  • Create and monitor part orders, ensuring timely procurement and delivery

  • Update and maintain service order details and delivery status in SAP

  • Keep the ZMD list current to support technician scheduling

  • Liaise with Service Coordinators and the Distribution Centre for transport coordination

  • Process and follow up on return orders

  • Perform material usage postings and ensure inventory accuracy

  • Answer inbound phone calls and provide general support

  • Support the team with other duties as required

What You’ll Need

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience or knowledge of servicing compressed air equipment highly regarded

  • Basic proficiency with Google Suite

  • Previous experience with SAP (preferred but not essential)
