The Role
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this rare opportunity ensures that the shifts across the Front Office department run smoothly, efficiently and continues to provide an outstanding guest service and experience. The role can be varied and is responsible for the oversight and management of the Front Office Team, check in and out process, accurate administration and compliant business management. You will promote the Hotel effectively and communicate efficiently across a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this position, we are seeking individuals with experience in a similar Duty Manager position - ideally from the Hotel industry. You will be an invested communicator and be a natural problem solver - you should be well organised and value a team environment.

Duties Include
- Supervision of front office staff including rostering, and workforce leadership
- Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and resolving issues promptly
- Monitor check-in, check outs and room allocations
- Ensuring all front office operations follow standard procedures and company policy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for room status and guest needs
- Maintaining accurate records of incidents, complaints and solutions provided
- Act as the point of contact during emergencies or critical situations
