What we need from you:
- 3-5 years ICT industry experience, understanding of Agile SAFe SDLC and end to end software delivery.
- Experience coaching in agile methodologies, techniques, systems, and tools.
- Certification in Scum Master, ITIL or Agile SAFe. Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Desirable - Experience with the Salesforce Ecosystem.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence team culture and lead by example.

What you'll do: (Responsibilities):
- Servant leader embedding their deep knowledge of agile practices, principles and cultures into the way of working on the program, uplifting the capability and performance of the delivery squad.
- Providing supervision and mentoring to the team as needed to ensure the required outcomes for the release are met.
- Facilitate and lead Agile Sprint level ceremonies - stand-ups, progress updates, retrospectives.
- Cross team coordination. Improving ways of working.
- Squad day to day coordination
- Supporting Release Train Engineers when needed.
- Managing competing priorities and setting the right focus for the team.
- Manage relationships with and between support team members and other stakeholders to proactively promote and achieve streamlined adoption of delivery processes.
- Support resolution of issues and work with other technical teams to deliver technical focused outcomes.
- Build strong working relationships and trust with the business and other stakeholders through strong repeated delivery
