About The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-on-1 coaching and mentoring sessions via digital platforms (e.g. Zoom)
• Inspire and support team members to reach their development goals
• Conduct structured interviews and support onboarding processes
• Use digital tools and social media to support outreach and community engagement
• Contribute to the growth of a global learning and development network
• Engage in ongoing personal and professional development
  
  

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in coaching, training, or facilitation roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and initiative
• High level of emotional intelligence and empathy
• A passion for working with people and a growth-focused mindset
