About the team:

The Finance Systems team plays a critical role in managing and enhancing the tools and functions that support Finance & HCM functions within ASX. Team consists of functional & reporting experts that is part of Finance & P&C business division.

What you will be doing:

• Implement, configure, and maintain Workday Finance modules including Core FIN, AP, AR, Billing, GL, FAs.
• Collaborate with FIN and IT teams to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure smooth system integration and operation.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday FIN issues
• Stay updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements, and proactively suggest improvements.
• Work on P&C initiatives
• Participate in testing and deployment of Workday updates and new functionalities
• Conduct data audits and ensure data integrity within the Workday system

What you will bring:

Must have

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Workday Finance, including implementation and configuration
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and best practices
• Workday certification/s
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools within Workday
• Experience in creating complex reports using Workday
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Nice to have

• Workday HCM experience highly desirable
• JIRA & Confluence experience
• Experience working in financial services industry
