Skills & Experience Required

• Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager, preferably within the security, banking, or technology industries.
• Extensive experience managing complex stakeholder environments and navigating subsidiary structures.
• Demonstrated success in security systems integration and managing technical implementation processes.
• In-depth understanding of governance, risk, and change management practices.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and delivery.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
• Experience in security integration projects within the banking or financial services industry.
• Background in leading large-scale IT or security transformation initiatives.
