What You'll Do

• Design, develop high-quality, scalable software solutions across cloud and SaaS platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class digital tools supporting the student lifecycle.

• Lead by example in software development, integration, and quality assurance.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in modern development languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js) and cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).

• Deep understanding of API development, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data technologies (SQL/NoSQL).

• Experience designing robust data models that support performance, integrity, and configurability.

• A strong grasp of both front- and back-end SaaS development, with UX/UI awareness and accessibility standards.

• Expertise in case management and workflow-based solutions.

• Previous Higher-Education experience would be highly regarded, as is experience working with various Student Management Systems.

• The ability to mentor others, influence stakeholders, and work with multiple teams across the environment.

• A strategic mindset paired with excellent communication, problem-solving, and planning skills.
