The opportunity
At Netwealth, we're not just building software, we're redefining how advisers and clients experience wealth management. In this transformative leadership role, as General Manager Software Products you'll champion a product-led operating model and drive cultural and structural change whilst instilling new ways of working.
You'll embed a world-class product management discipline across the organisation while guiding cross-functional delivery teams through a complex evolution.
You will:
You're an experienced leader with a strong background in software product management within technology-driven services. You've successfully led large teams and complex software product portfolios, and you know how to turn strategy into action.

- Drive platform differentiation by delivering breakthrough innovations in adviser experience, personalisation and operational efficiency.
- Lead complex delivery efforts across multiple cross-functional teams, navigating the demands of innovation while addressing the realities of legacy systems.
- Integrate evolving regulatory requirements into the product lifecycle in a way that supports compliance without compromising creativity.
- Execute an ambitious growth strategy by delivering on key milestones within the strategic roadmap.
You're an experienced leader with a strong background in software product management within technology-driven services. You've successfully led large teams and complex software product portfolios, and you know how to turn strategy into action.
Skills and experience include:
- Proven experience embedding and scaling a product-led operating model across software teams.
- Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders (product, engineering, marketing) around shared goals and delivery rhythms.
- Demonstrated success leading organisational change and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Strong track record in digital product strategy, particularly in financial services or platform businesses.
- Experience driving platform differentiation through user experience, personalisation, and data-driven features.
- Skilled in managing multiple specialised delivery teams, with a focus on throughput, scalability, and technical debt reduction.
