About the role
You’ll be working closely with our industry partners (Trade Unions and Industry Associations) to bring our brand to life through strategic activations. This includes developing and delivering engaging marketing and event campaigns across a variety of touchpoints such as digital content, advertising, branded collateral and events. You’ll lead initiatives that amplify our brand presence, strengthen member engagement and showcase the value of our partnerships.
This includes:
- Developing and building strong relationships with your portfolio of partners, leading marketing planning meetings
- Leading the fulfilment of marketing and communication opportunities
- Liaising with the broader brand and marketing team to maximise the impact of partnership activity
- Working closely with the Industry Partnership Operations team to identify, assess and prioritise marketing opportunities outlined in partnership agreements

Your Experience and Qualifications
We’re looking for:
- Experience with a range of communications channels including third party, digital, traditional, merchandise, events
- Previous experience managing partnerships is preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Experience in financial services marketing or event management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
