The Role

They are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented IT Retail Support Team Leader to join their growing IT End User Services Department.

In this pivotal role, you'll be the hero behind the scenes, ensuring seamless technology operations across their 300 stores and play a crucial role in supporting their store network. No problem is too big, and this team is focused on ensuring the stores operate effectively and seamlessly, with no disruptions.

The role will lead a team of 3 experienced support technicians, but will still be very hands-on across the tools themselves. You need to be happy to roll up your sleeves, and jump right into the action, to get things done!

Working across BAU and some smaller exciting projects, including the set-up of new stores, relocation of stores, self check-out, software deployments and updates, hardware roll outs, FPOS refresh projects, to highlight a few.

What You Bring To The Role:

• Strong experience working in IT support within the Retail industry.
• Support experience across various systems including POS, networks and telecommunications IP-based phone systems and mobile device management.
• Strong experience in supporting POS applications and ensuring systems operate efficiently, troubleshooting and resolving any related incidents.
• Experience in supporting and resolving promotional and pricing issues.
• Knowledge in Masterdata - SAP - preferred but not essential.
• Experience in Microsoft OS.
• SQL database and scripting experience preferred, but not essential.
