About This Job
This role is a key driver position to maintain, develop and grow revenue and awareness of our Power Generation and Temperature Control products/solutions throughout the QLD Mining and Oil & Gas arena – Gladstone, Brisbane to Bowen Basin.
The person assigned this role must maintain the highest level of customer service, relationship building and strong networking skills with both external and internal customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
A minimum of 3 years selling or sales management experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft products especially with PowerPoint presentations ,Excel and CRM.
Market driven professional with high levels of energy and enthusiasm.
A self starter with the ability to work both autonomously or with a team.
Experience in the mining environment with Rental or Capital sales will be highly regarded
Other Information You Should Know
Ability to travel throughout QLD region in particular from Brisbane to the Bowen Basin – some overnight stays may be required.
Have a current and valid driving license.
Interstate travel may be required.
Provide monthly reports as a minimum.
Attend and contribute to area sales meetings when required.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Work in closely with the East Coast Mining Sales Manager and teams to implement key development strategies and actions.
- Deliver key presentations for major opportunities to existing and potential Aggreko customers.
- Manage existing key clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Ability to relate at all levels and influence key stakeholders in decision making processes
- Promote awareness of Aggreko products and complete service offering.
- Manage multi-location customer relationships using our local business presence to create increased business.
- Represent Aggreko professionally at local networking industry functions and exhibitions.
- Advise the East Coast Mining Sales Manager on any new product opportunities and present a business case to substantiate requests.
- Deliver and exceed agreed annual revenue budget.
- Advise the East Coast Mining Sales Manager of any changes to legislative standards (national or state), that could potentially affect revenue or compromise Aggreko in OHS&E standards.
- To ensure all existing and new projects are managed correctly and are profitable to Aggreko.
- Work closely with Aggreko Engineering team and National Projects Operations team on major opportunities and projects.
- Advise East Coast Mining Sales Manager of any potential changes to monthly forecasts.
- Ensure revenue recoveries are maintained to agreed levels.
