Medical Practice Manager

Highgate Hill Doctors have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager to manage the efficient day to day running of the clinic.

The Practice is conveniently located in inner Brisbane, open Monday to Friday (7.30 – 5.30pm) and on Saturdays (8.30 – 12.00pm), offering a range of general and specialised medical services.

Our Practice includes a team of six (6) dedicated GPs, well-trained support staff (nursing and reception team), as well as various allied health professionals to support the health and well-being of patients.

Fully accredited AGPAL Practice, utilising Best Practice, Hotdoc, Cubiko, Medical Objects and Better Consult software.

About You

To be successful in this position, you’ll need to be an experienced Practice Manager with the ability to enter this leadership role with confidence. Additionally, your skills and experience will also include:

• Strong understanding of business operations, financial reporting and compliance in the primary healthcare setting.
• Ability to confidently report at meetings with senior management.
• Skilled at multi-tasking, problem-solving and time management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
