Your New Role

  • Please note this is an 12 month fixed term position
  • Open to Candidates from Melbourne / Sydney / Brisbane



As the Content Producer Lead your primary purpose will be to:

  • Work with the Senior Manager, Content & Social to develop and deliver the overarching content strategy.
  • Oversee and aid in the development of master narratives for key projects/programs of work.
  • Manage and lead a high-performing content production team.
  • Support the Senior Manager in leading the creative direction of BAU and campaign work.
  • Act as a lead for the content team, ensuring content cohesion and developing the team as a centre of excellence.
  • Drive the brand's creative direction, ensuring consistency and integration across all platforms.
  • Define and deliver a new content briefing and production process to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Lead the team from concept to production of content and assets for organic and paid social, email, web, print, PR, and ad hoc requirements.



How do you exceed our expectations?

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, OPR, or journalism, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of the digital content landscape, including planning, implementing, and evaluating member communications and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of agile practices and how they help deliver products/services.
  • Keen understanding of content and UX practices.
  • Understanding of different outcome-driven innovation frameworks, such as 'Jobs to Be Done'.
  • Experience working across digital transformation projects.
  • Experience writing and re-versioning/iteration of materials for the online environment and for a range of different audiences.
  • Experience evaluating and analyzing information and data to propose improvements to content to ensure users' needs are met.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle the responsibility for delivering multiple projects at a time.
  • Excellent written and verbal reasoning skills, with concise and clear messaging and a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and build trust and rapport with internal senior stakeholders.
  • Minimum of seven years' experience within financial services or a relevant sector with specific experience in digital content.
