Your responsibilities…
- Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a consultative sales approach.
- Mentor, coach, guide and hold the sales team accountable for sales performance
- Helping your sales team build a credible sales pipeline with high conversion rates
- Leveraging your relationships within the specification community, in particular architects and designers, along with builders and developers
- Help develop and critique sales plans with your staff
- Analysis of sales and market data
- Reporting, forecasting and budgeting Working closely with the state managers and the National Sales Manager to ensure the conversion of specified projects
- Effective use of the CRM and BCI data among your team for identify key projects to chase and build the sales pipeline
You are…
- Experience within the commercial furniture industry is preferred, but not essential.
- Commercially astute and love strategy
- You love doing joint calls and mentoring your sales team
- A solution-based approach to client consultation and project management
- Able to create enthusiasm and buzz within your sales team, but not at the expense of commercial skill development and execution
- Love the use of CRM and good with reporting and sales analysis (you drive a quality Excel spreadsheet!)
