Health & Safety Coordinator - New Build

The Company

This well-established and rapidly growing Tier 2 builder specialises in new build commercial projects across Sydney, including large-scale office buildings, education facilities, retail precincts and mixed-use projects. Known for their strong pipeline of projects and excellent company culture, they continue to grow year-on-year.

The role will be roaming based. Monday - Friday with a rostered Saturday.

As The HSE Advisor You Will Be Responsible For

• Site based - Sydney Metro
• Assist in the preparation of health and safety plans
• Ensure legislation is adhered to
• Ensuring all sites are compliant with current Quality regulations
• Provide training & advice to team members and subcontractors
• Conduct reviews and risk analysis
• Manage and develop relationships with employees and stakeholders
• Incident investigation and reporting
  
  

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum Cert IV in OH&S
• 2 + years experience in HSE commercial construction - Units preferred open to New build commercial
• Strong understanding of latest OH&S legislation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
• Excellent communication skills & problem-solving skills
