In this role, you’ll go beyond reporting—you’ll be a strategic partner, delivering high-impact insights that drive smarter decisions, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the business.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure data integrity and actionable insights across the Quote to Cash process.
- Consolidate and analyze weekly order/sales data with commentary for BU leaders.
- Lead monthly regional forecast meetings with Sales and Customer Care teams, providing variance analysis and performance insights.
- Facilitate monthly Orders/Sales forecast calls with Asia Pacific leadership.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key business metrics and trends.
- Support project reviews, inventory analysis, and SOPO reviews in collaboration with Customer Care.
- Manage quarterly reporting and annual budgeting in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
- Drive cost center analysis, budget planning, and allocation discussions.
- Respond to queries from APHQ and regional business units with clarity and precision.
- Provide training and mentorship to the Manila team, ensuring alignment on daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables.
- Forecast and manage Balance Sheet items within Hyperion.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business systems and processes; experience with Oracle or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of the Quote to Cash process.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
