About the role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated Project Administrator to join the Breville Global Product team, on a 12 month max term contract. In this role, you will take initiative in supporting new product development teams to bring award-winning and innovative small kitchen appliances to market.
This is a 12 month Max Term contract.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery and clear communication of key milestones
- Coordinate manufacturing production plans and track progress with internal teams and overseas partners
- Act as the key contact for stakeholders, including:
Product Development Managers (PDMs)
Global Product Senior Leadership team
Marketing, logistics, and manufacturing partners
- Support PDMs with administrative tasks, such as:
Budgeting and purchase orders
Stage gate preparation
Project tracking and reporting
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration
- Ensure smooth project execution by anticipating challenges and proactively resolving issues
About You:
We're looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and embraces problem-solving with curiosity and confidence.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience as a Project Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, MIRO, Confluence)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and solve problems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in product development or manufacturing (preferred but not required)
