We have an exciting opportunity for an Information Management Lead to join our Women and Babies Hospital project team in Perth! In this role, you will effectively facilitate and manage the governance, information integrity aligning information management strategy between the business and project. Perth Women and Babies Hospital

Webuild is delivering the design and construction of the New Women and Babies Hospital in Perth, Western Australia. Commissioned by the Western Australia Government, the project is destined to replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital and will expand the healthcare services for women, children and their families in the State of West Australia, transforming the capacity of two important healthcare campuses: the Fiona Stanley Hospital complex and the Osborne Park Hospital.

Your focus will include:

  • Implementation, maintenance, and governance of controlled and collaborative information systems and usage for project based on contract and business requirements. (Namely Aconex & SharePoint)
  • Coordinate the development and communication of codification structure across information systems for the project, including alignment to client, business and partner requirements.
  • Develop Information Management deliverables for project including Information Management and Handover Plans.
  • Analysis and alignment of external stakeholder information requirements, including Client process and systems.
  • Process mapping and identification of opportunities for improvement of end-to-end processes, cross functionally for project information systems.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • 5 + years’ experience in an Information Management or equivalent role with experience in with solution design and implementation, EDMS integrations and business process mapping.
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience with construction, engineering contracting or consultancy organisations in one or more of the following sectors – Buildings, Infrastructure
  • System knowledge of Aconex and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes across business and project teams to align IM strategy
