We're working with a high-growth life sciences company focused on women’s health. With recent milestones under their belt and a strong commercial trajectory, they’re looking for a Business Analyst who’s ready to make an impact across commercial and finance functions.

Why this role?

You’ll be the go-to for CRM insights, ad hoc analytics, and financial reporting support. It’s a hands-on, high-visibility position where your work will directly support smarter decision-making and scalable growth.

What you’ll do:

• Own and evolve the CRM system in partnership with the commercial team
• Build dashboards and reporting tools that surface meaningful insights (Power BI experience a bonus)
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver high-impact analysis
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting cycles, especially during peak periods
• Help document and improve processes as the business scales (including SAP migration)

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial or business analysis roles, ideally in pharma, medtech, or biotech
• Advanced Excel skills and a solid handle on CRM tools and business systems
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate data into business actions
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can operate with autonomy

• Hybrid: 3 days in North Sydney office, 2 days WFH
