About The Role - Site Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a new-build commercial project in the $30-70m value range. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll lead all site-based activity and subcontractor coordination from early works through to handover - as the number one on site.

About The Role - Site Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a new-build commercial project in the $30-70m value range. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll lead all site-based activity and subcontractor coordination from early works through to handover - as the number one on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and program targets are met
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site staff
- Liaise with project stakeholders including consultants, architects, and the internal team
- Drive a strong safety-first culture on site
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects in WA
- Strong understanding of construction programs, sequencing, and delivery
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Trade background or relevant tertiary qualifications
- Ability to drive quality outcomes while maintaining tight deadlines
- Secure pipeline of Perth-based projects
- Supportive leadership team with long tenure in the business
- Genuine focus on systems, structure, and delivery quality
- Salary package - $190-220k package
