The Role

Are you looking to become a leasing paralegal, working with one of Australia's most renowned property teams?

As a paralegal within our Real Estate Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our authors across various property-related matters acting for both major landlords and tenants with a predominant focus on leasing work.

Your daily duties will include conducting research, preparing legal documents, managing case files, and facilitating communication between all stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about property law to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Experience

As the successful candidate, you will have prior experience as a paralegal preferably gained in a mid to large-sized firm. Whilst you don't necessarily require prior leasing experience, you will have some understanding of property law concepts and procedures, as well as strong drafting and research skills. Furthermore, you will uphold an enthusiastic attitude and be able to work well autonomously and as part of our close-knit team.
