As the Senior Manager for Business Analysis, you will be providing leadership to the Business Analysis cohort and having oversight and input across the business analysis deliverables of the project portfolio. You will be ensuring that business cases and program and project requirements are properly captured to the required level of detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
This is a 2-year maximum-term position.

What will you be doing?
- Creating an environment where our people and teams are enabled, actively promoting cross-functional teams and collaboration within the centre of excellence for Business Analysis to build consistent capability across the team, and providing career pathways for the Business Analysts.
- Providing effective leadership to the Business Analysis team, aligned to the RAC purpose, mission and vision, ensuring ultimate accountability for all team deliverables.
- Acting as an escalation point for the Team Leads – Business Analysis.
- Assisting Team Leads – Business Analysis & Business Analysts with their overall accountability for delivering accurate and timely business requirements.
- Managing the cost allocation model to ensure utilisation of business analysis resources.
- Improving efficiency and effectiveness and the delivery of successful business cases and project requirements.
- Developing and maintaining strong, effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Demonstrated success steering complex, business-led change programmes in large, customer-centric organisations, consistently delivering measurable outcomes on time and within budget.
- Proven ability to craft and nurture cross-functional, high-identity teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement across the BA function.
- Experience in leading a cross functional teams and management of stakeholders
- Expertise in managing cost-allocation models and maximising utilisation of BA resources, ensuring every project delivers clear value and strong return on investment.
- Able to anticipate future business needs, translate them into breakthrough strategies, and cultivate innovative practices that keep RAC ahead of industry trends. .
- Highly collaborative — building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- Relevant Business Analysis qualifications are desirable (BABOK etc).
- A 2 year max-term arrangement to support staff internal movements.
