Make an impact at Serco

You’ll be responsible for delivering end-to-end procurement across infrastructure projects at Fiona Stanley Hospital. You will lead sourcing activities related to Additional Works and FFE SERF requests and ensure procurement excellence for Tier 3 and 4 infrastructure requirements. This is a full-time position reporting to the Category & Contract Lead – Infrastructure, where you’ll work closely with operational teams and stakeholders across the hospital.

As a Procurement and Contracts Specialist in the Estates team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Delivering procurement activities for Estates-related SERFs and supporting FFE initiatives
  • Coordinating sourcing strategies, market engagements, and vendor negotiations
  • Managing Tier 3 and 4 contracts, including supplier performance and dispute resolution
  • Collaborating with legal and category leads to draft and negotiate contracts
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, quality standards and risk procedures
  • Building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers

To Be Successful In This Role You’ll Have

  • Procurement and sourcing experience, ideally with exposure to category management
  • Basic to intermediate experience in supplier performance and contract negotiation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Understanding of facilities management or infrastructure-related services
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time, relationships, and competing demands
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on quality, service, and improvement
