You’ll be responsible for delivering end-to-end procurement across infrastructure projects at Fiona Stanley Hospital. You will lead sourcing activities related to Additional Works and FFE SERF requests and ensure procurement excellence for Tier 3 and 4 infrastructure requirements. This is a full-time position reporting to the Category & Contract Lead – Infrastructure, where you’ll work closely with operational teams and stakeholders across the hospital.

As a Procurement and Contracts Specialist in the Estates team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Delivering procurement activities for Estates-related SERFs and supporting FFE initiatives
- Coordinating sourcing strategies, market engagements, and vendor negotiations
- Managing Tier 3 and 4 contracts, including supplier performance and dispute resolution
- Collaborating with legal and category leads to draft and negotiate contracts
- Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, quality standards and risk procedures
- Building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers
You are detail-oriented and commercially minded, with experience in procurement and a passion for infrastructure services that support essential operations. You thrive on managing competing priorities and have a collaborative mindset to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
To Be Successful In This Role You’ll Have
- Procurement and sourcing experience, ideally with exposure to category management
- Basic to intermediate experience in supplier performance and contract negotiation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Understanding of facilities management or infrastructure-related services
- Demonstrated ability to manage time, relationships, and competing demands
- Strong communication skills with a focus on quality, service, and improvement
