The Role
Are you a Senior Program Analyst professional looking for a step into the Government Sector? Join this large State Government Department that is focused on providing to the once in a generation reform of the Department.


Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of program strategies.
• Provide senior level project management/administrative support and coordination.
• Create, maintain, and augment reports, analyses, and manage risks and issues registers.
• Collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, assumptions, dependencies, value proposition, and impacted organisational functions and systems.
• Facilitate team meetings and manage team kanban board.
• Serve as a communication link between team members and other stakeholders in the Scheme & Payment Platforms branch.
• Schedule & organise project meetings/workshops with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Have a hands-on approach to guide and support the team.
• Safeguard program processes and documentation.
