We are looking for an Application Specialist to join our team in Adelaide.

About the role:
Our Application Specialists are often the first point of contact for our clients when they reach out to us for assistance. Working through support and change requests, you will be required to show exceptional levels of customer service while performing responsibilities that include:
- Troubleshooting technical issues to resolution or escalation when required;
- Designing and documenting solutions delivered as professional services;
- Providing support to users remotely, over the phone and occasionally face to face;
- Supporting patient billing software and the business processes of our clients;
- Working across programming/scripting languages (Javascript, SQL and HTML/XML).
About you:
- Recently completed, or working towards completion of, a relevant graduate degree and or diploma (e.g. Information Technology, Health Informatics).
- An ability to learn and work both autonomously and within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and problem solving skills.
- Proven knowledge of programming concepts, exposure to databases and data storage.
The following attributes, whilst not essential, would be highly regarded:
- Knowledge and experience relating to Billing and Accounts Receivable processes and systems.
- Experience relating to Public Hospital Billing Medicare and Health Fund claiming requirements.
- Technical skills and experience working with SQL, JavaScript, and MS SQL / Oracle databases.
- Experience in Health, Billing and and Accounts Receivable processes an advantage.
