Some of the responsibilities you will undertake with us include:
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
High desirable speak Spanish (reporting every day to Headquarters in Madrid)
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in a similar HR role (High desirable at least 1 year experience in Solar Industry)
Salary
This position's salary range is $75,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
Full time, 38 hours per week
Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm
Office; Head Office in North Sydney, next to North Sydney Train Station

Some of the responsibilities you will undertake with us include:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes (drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling interviews)
- Organize and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
- Timesheet Review & Payroll Support
- Review and verify employee timesheets
- Assist the HR Manager in preparing payroll data, including hours worked, leave taken, and applicable deductions or bonuses.
- Employee Records & Administration
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, and termination letters.
- Track and manage employee leave balances, absences, and attendance records.
- Ensure timely updates to HR systems and databases.
