The role
Is to support the Talen Acquisition Manager in leading the seasonal recruitment strategy and project for Pandora ANZ from advertising to screening, contracts and other administration tasks and recruitment support.

The role
Is to support the Talen Acquisition Manager in leading the seasonal recruitment strategy and project for Pandora ANZ from advertising to screening, contracts and other administration tasks and recruitment support.
- Supporting with volume recruitment for 300 seasonal hires
- Liaising with candidates and hiring managers
- Resume screening and booking group interviews
- Contract support
- Support contact for Store and Regional Managers
- Maintain accurate data and reporting
- Experience in an internal high volume recruitment role
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to provide exceptional candidate experience
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
