Get Paid to Create. No Kitchens, No Teams - Just Pure Food Innovation

Project-based | Sydney or Remote-Friendly | Paid per Assignment | Ongoing Work Available

If you're a chef, menu developer, or food creative who lives for coming up with fresh, exciting food concepts but doesn't want the grind of managing a kitchen or writing SOPs this is your dream role.

Feedwell is one of Sydney's fastest-growing food brands, serving thousands daily with premium catering and retail meals. Our client list includes global names like Google, TikTok, Amazon, and Chanel. But behind the scenes, we're powered by fast, smart, scalable product development and that's where you come in.

We're building a trusted pool of freelance food creators to help us shape the future of our menu. You'll get clear, scoped briefs with creative freedom and we'll pay you for the work you deliver. No team management. No ongoing admin. Just food that hits the brief, the brand, and the tastebuds.

  • Be executable by low-skilled staff following SOPs
  • Meet cost, margin, and packaging targets
  • Perform consistently in high-volume catering environments no fragile or fiddly items
  • Transports well - in catering bags by walkers and drivers

What You'll Deliver

  • 13 new or updated concepts per assignment
  • Optional: photos or test samples
  • Ingredient list, portions, batch prep notes
  • A handover sheet including:
  • Costed recipe
  • Batch method
  • Packaging/delivery notes

What You WON'T Do

  • No managing teams
  • No writing SOPs
  • No scaling recipes for production we take over from there
