• Pay rate – From $33.15 to $42.88 per hour plus km reimbursement (99 cents per km)

We are looking for passionate and caring individuals to make a difference in our Aged Care clients' lives by assisting them to live at home independently for as long as possible. You will be travelling around the Parramatta and/or Blacktown areas and will need to have some availability during weekdays Monday to Friday between 8am-5pm.

Day To Day Your Role Looks Like

• Light housekeeping such as vacuuming, mopping, ironing, cleaning the bathroom & kitchen, changing beds and washing
• Transport to appointments and shopping
• Meal preparation
• Social Support or Respite for family/carers
• Personal care including assistance with showering and dressing (if qualified/fully trained)
  
  

To be successful in this role you’ll need

• A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
• To be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
• Good communication skills
• To be a reliable team player
• An understanding of workplace health and safety
• An Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable insured motor vehicle (essential)
• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent desirable but not essential
