About The Role
This role is ideal for a supervisor with experience managing knockdown rebuilds, and predominantly highset homes. You’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple residential projects across Central Brisbane, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

About The Role
This role is ideal for a supervisor with experience managing knockdown rebuilds, and predominantly highset homes. You’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple residential projects across Central Brisbane, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple new home builds
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site teams
- Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS, and quality standards
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and client expectations
- Problem-solve site-specific challenges (e.g. access, demolition)
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
- Proven experience in knockdown rebuilds and residential construction
- Strong understanding of Brisbane’s inner-city building conditions
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence – required
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction – required
- White Card and valid Driver’s Licence
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Supportive and experienced construction and office team
