What You'll Be Doing Day To Day

  • Space planning and interior design services, producing designs and plans in Revit format as required to meet sales deadlines
  • Present, promote and gain internal and external commitment to the design component of our services package
  • Build client relationships to enhance prospect of winning current and future projects
  • Organise external services as required for projects - Engineers, Council & Suppliers
  • Support Design Manager in the development of new design initiatives
  • Regular and effective communication with the client
  • Assist in sales presentations
  • Understanding all aspects of a design and construct project, including the team, and the construction delivery method

About you:

  • Minimum of 5 years as an Interior Designer in corporate or workplace projects
  • Must have experience working in a D&C environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in interior design/architecture
  • Experience managing design projects from concept, documentation, approvals, through to construction
  • Proficient in Revit
  • BCA and Australian Standards knowledge and proven experience
  • Excellent communication and pitch presentation skills
  • High attention to detail
  • The ability and attitude to work with a broad range of local, government and globally based clients
