Future Classic is looking for a highly organised and creatively driven Creative Producer to manage our content production pipeline across projects, campaigns, live events, and socials. In this role, you’ll be the operational engine behind our creative output - scoping, briefing, scheduling, budgeting, and delivering a wide range of assets and building a trusted network of creatives.

Future Classic is looking for a highly organised and creatively driven Creative Producer to manage our content production pipeline across projects, campaigns, live events, and socials. In this role, you’ll be the operational engine behind our creative output - scoping, briefing, scheduling, budgeting, and delivering a wide range of assets and building a trusted network of creatives.

Key Responsibilities
Production Management
- Own the content production pipeline for all Future Classic releases and campaigns
- Manage all content deliverables including music videos, photography, digital assets, merchandise creative, and shortform social
- Work with marketing, A&R, and social teams to ensure timely delivery of assets aligned to campaign plans
- Ensure clarity on briefs, timelines, and expectations for every creative task and stakeholder
- Integrate new tools and platforms to assist in content ideation, versioning, planning, and post-production where relevant.
- Work with the Creative Director to lead external creative teams including directors, designers, editors, animators, photographers, and stylists through briefing, production, and delivery
- Serve as the bridge between creatives and internal / project stakeholders, translating creative vision into executable workflows
- Manage timelines, feedback rounds, and budgets with a steady hand
- Bring a deep roster of creative collaborators to tap for different projects across mediums, genres, and campaign scales
- Actively scout and recommend new talent to the Creative Director based on evolving brand and artist needs
- Build and manage production budgets, working with internal teams to allocate resources effectively
- Maintain visibility on live projects, prioritise competing deadlines, and flag risks early
- Ensure all creative output meets brand standards, aligns with the artist’s visual identity, and delivers on the original brief
- Manage post-production workflows, file delivery, and asset storage systems
- Bring an understanding of how current industry practices and new tools can make the content pipeline more efficient and integrate those tools into Future Classic’s workflow
- 4+ years experience as a creative producer or project manager in a fast-paced music, entertainment, or content agency environment
- Proven ability to lead creative teams through concept, production, and post, delivering high-quality work on time and budget
- Deep understanding of content formats across music, digital, shortform video, social, physical product, and events
- Exceptionally organised with strong budgeting, scheduling, and project tracking skills
- A confident communicator, with the ability to give constructive feedback and manage relationships with creatives and internal teams alike
- Extensive network of creatives across disciplines globally
- Comfortable with flexible hours to meet production demands and artist timelines
