A large retail technology upgrade is underway, and we're looking for a Store Platform Specialist to support rollout planning, testing, and documentation.

This role is focused on getting devices ready for deployment across multiple locations. You won't be doing the hands-on staging, but you'll coordinate with staging teams, test device setups, and build out the documentation and support processes others will use.

• Testing and refining device configurations

• Coordinating with staging techs to ensure readiness

• Writing up clear technical documentation and process guides

• Running proof-of-concept tests onsite in Sydney

• Working closely with a deployment team already in motion

• Using existing provisioning tools and MDM for tracking

• Contributing to the creation of support processes

• Someone experienced with tech rollouts across distributed environments

• Comfortable with mobile hardware, ideally Android-based devices

• Able to translate technical steps into clear documentation

• Confident working independently but closely with a wider project team
