The Opportunity:
We're seeking a dynamic and proactive Scrum Master to guide Agile delivery across multiple project streams for a nationally significant organisation. You'll foster high-performing teams, drive continuous improvement, and embed Agile best practices to support delivery outcomes within a strategic and data-driven environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies across teams - sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coach and mentor team members in Agile ways of working
  • Collaborate with Stream Leads to maintain a clear and prioritised backlog
  • Identify and remove blockers to enhance team performance
  • Monitor Agile metrics and use insights for delivery optimisation
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide Agile transformation efforts
  • Engage in cross-team collaboration, including Scrum of Scrums

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Experience driving team collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Adaptability in applying Agile to various team contexts
